Only returns and exchanges are permitted for Ready-to-Ship items (existing models/colors which are available in stock/outlet).
Islamabad (In-City): Return/Exchange request must be initiated within 12 working hours after the delivery of the order.
Outside Islamabad (Other Cities): Return/Exchange request must be initiated within 48 working hours after the delivery of the order.
The item must arrive in the same condition as it was delivered, unused/uninstalled, in original packing with all accessories/parts included.
2.Customized / Made-to-Order Items
Customized/made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstance.
A customized order once confirmed/processed will be considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
