1) Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

  • Islamabad & Rawalpindi
  • All major cities across Pakistan (Nationwide)

2) Dispatch Timelines

Dispatch time depends on the product (ready to ship vs. customized) and the delivery location.
Islamabad & Rawalpindi

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 12 working hours
  • Customized orders: Dispatched within 2–3 working days

Nationwide (Pakistan)

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 48 working hours
  • Customized orders: Dispatched within 3–5 working days

Dispatch time is the time from when an order is confirmed and paid for to when it’s prepared and handed over to the delivery person.

3) Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and are calculated according to the delivery area.

The applicable shipping fee will be communicated and confirmed with the customer before the order is dispatched.

4) Payment Requirement (50% Advance for Order Confirmation)

A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order placement to confirm the order. This amount serves as a deposit and will be adjusted against the total order value.

5) Tracking & Delivery Updates
