Only ex-showroom delivery is guaranteed. Our responsibility is limited to the delivery of the product at our store or through our courier service to the customer.
2. Imported Products
Imported products cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged.
3. Order Confirmation
Only after receiving 50% of the total order price as advance payment, the orders will be confirmed.
4. Order Cancellation
In case of order cancellation, 30% of the amount paid will be deducted.
5. Prices & Taxes
Prices/rates are quoted exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.
6. Delivery & Transportation
The customer’s destination delivery is not included in the product price. Transportation costs are charged separately.
